Ici India Director Resigns

ICI India has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that V K Bahree has desired to step down, for health reasons, from the board of directors of the company. His resignation has been accepted by the board and, consequently, he will cease to be a director of the company with effect from 1 June 2000.
