State-owned Indian Oil Corp (IOC) attracted seven offers of Dubai crude in its August crude buying tender, traders said on Thursday.
US trader Phibro and French major Total SA each offered a cargo at par to first half August month quotes per barrel, the market sources said.
Norway's Statoil offered two Dubai cargoes, at first half month quotes -5/-6 cents and at first-half month quotes -7 cents.

The other offers were from Spain's Repsol at first half-month quotes -5/7 cents and from the US Conoco at -5.
A separate trader offered a cargo of Dubai, at a discount of 5.5 cents under the average quotes between mid August and mid September, traders said.
Qua Iboe was also offered into the tender, by US major Mobil Corp and by Swiss trader Glencore, the traders said. US oil group Chevron Corp offered a West African Escravos cargo.
Only one 80,000 tonne cargo of Gulf of Suez crude was offered, by Glencore, while US major Texaco Inc may have offered Angola Soyo Blend.
