IPL matches shifted from Chennai to Delhi

Decision was taken since the TN govt was not easing its stand of not allowing Sri Lankan players to play at Chennai

The play off matches (qualifier-I and eliminator) of the ongoing IPL 2013 have been shifted to New Delhi from Chennai. The decision was taken since the Tamil Nadu government was not easing its stand of not allowing Sri Lankan players to play at Chennai, due to anti-Sri Lankan sentiment across the state.
