Orient Info Tech Net Up 102%

Net profit at Orient Information Technology is up 102 per cent to Rs 10.15 crore in 1999-2000. Total revenues during the year were up 77 per cent ot Rs 44.67 crore. Exports made up 95 per cent of the total revenue with the US accountinf for 35 per cnet, UK for 25 per cent, the Middle East for 30 per cent and the rest of the world for 10 per cent. The board of directors has recommended a dividend of of 15 per cent on equity shares payable on a pro-rata basis for the financial year.
