Power situation has improved in district and block headquarters and supply would be restored fully in the whole state soon, Rajasthan Energy Minister Jitendra Singh said today.
"Situation has improved at district and block headquarters and villages with population of 5,000 people," Singh told reporters here.
"Power supply was restored to agriculture sector last night ... The supply will be restored to industrial sector and villages below the population of 5,000 soon," he said.
He added that the state has no role in overdrawing of power from the Northern Grid.
"Rajasthan did not overdraw power from the grid and we were not served any notice by the regulatory commission," he said.
