Raid on Meiyappan's house ends after 9 hrs

The BCCI President's son-in-law is now in police custody and the court granted his custody to the police till May 29

Mumbai Police's raid at Gurunath Meyiappan's house lasted for almost 9 hours on Sunday.
 
The four-member team from Mumbai Police arrived at Meiyppan's house at around 9.30 am on Sunday and were searching the entire house to find some evidence relates to his alleged spot-fixing scandal during IPL matches. The search ended around 6.15 pm.
 
Tthe police did not speak to waiting Media, they were carrying a box while they walked out from Meyiappan's house.
 
The BCCI President's son-in-law is now in police custody and the court granted his custody to the police till May 29.
 
 
During today's raid the police even checked the cars, which were parked inside the compounds of Meiyppan's house.
