Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising its sixth 'Made in India' show in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, during August 26-29 this year in co-operation with the High Commission of India in Tanzania.

Confederation of Tanzanian Industry, an apex industrial body in Tanzania and a partner of CII, is supporting the show.

Business and trade delegations from all over Tanzania are expected to visit the event and a special mechanism is being put in place to set up one-to-one meetings, according to a CII release.

The event will showcase products of over 75 Indian corporates covering the entire range from automobiles, auto components and bicycles to drugs, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and information technology.

CII and CTI have recently set up a task force to study ways and means to promote trade and industrial co-operation between India and Tanzania. The findings of the task force would be released during the Made in India show.
