Sebi To Await Hc Cantriple Move

Riding the wave of improved steel prices, Essar Steel, India's largest exporter of hot-rolled coil (HRC), has booked export orders at $305 per tonne. Since mid June this year there has been further hardening of prices wherein shipments for the last quarter to the US are being contracted at $300-$310 C&F. Based on this offtake, Essar Steel is targetting an average C&F price level of around $305 per metric tonne, a press release issued yesterday said. ewitt
