Forty-eight per cent consumers in a survey were willing to stop or watch less illegal content after learning the damage that piracy causes to the media industry, despite 52 per cent watching pirated video content globally, according to security platform Irdeto. The Irdeto Global Consumer Piracy Survey surveyed more than 25,000 adults across 30 countries including India.
