The top brass of Telco met with their leading dealers in an attempt to determine ways to boost the company's commercial vehicle sales. The meeting was the last of its kind nation-wide, where the commercial vehicle team of the company, met with the dealers.
The meet which began on Wednesday was to discuss issues like how to attract customers and improve company's bottomline.
Realising Telco has been losing market share in an almost stagnant market, the company's top executives met dealers to get a feel of the market. The meeting is aimed at trying to win back lost grounds from competitors as well as to create new customers, sources said.

As a policy, the company has decided to meet with dealers periodically to determine the needs of the customers and incorporate the same in its dealings.
The market feedback will also be incorporated in the product designing, and improving the company's customer services.
Telco has recently unfurled its first quarter results where it posted a net loss of Rs 35.63 crore.
The Telco chief during its 53rd annual general meeting had been pointed out that, "there is no reason why a company should lose its share to its competitor, clearly we have underperformed".
Industry sources claim that the Telco meeting with select dealers is primarily to ponder on the company's poor performance.
