NSE REPORT
The wholesale debt segment at the National Stock Exchange has clocked a trading volume of Rs 238.53 crore of which the treasury bill segment saw a volume of Rs 33 crore yesterday.
The day saw subdued trading activity for the second consecutive day with only 32 deals being reported at the NSE screen.

The 14-day treasury bill maturing on June 6, 1998 saw two trades and volume of Rs 30 crore. The paper was traded at the weighted average yield of 7.03 per cent, low of 99.78 and high of Rs 99.80.
The 11 per cent government loan maturing on 2002 saw four trades and volume of Rs 20 crore. The paper was traded at the weighted average yield of 11.61 per cent, at the low of Rs 98.00 and high of Rs 98.05.
The 15.50 per cent bonds of ICICI maturing in 2000 saw a deal worth Rs 10 crore at the yield of 13.39 per cent and at the price of Rs 103.03.
The 13.62 per cent government loan maturing on 1998 saw bulk deal of Rs 25 crore at the yield of 11.04 per cent.
