The wholesale debt segment (WDM) at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) witnessed active trading and clocked a volume of Rs 352.90 crore of which the treasury bills segment contributed Rs 36.50 crore.
The market also saw one repo trade for a term of 11 days for Rs 10 crore at the rate of 10.50 per cent. The corporate debenture segment was traded for Rs 64.13 lakh.

The 11.25-per cent government loan maturing in 2005 was traded for Rs 60 crore at the weighted average yield of 11.87 per cent. The paper was traded at a low of Rs 96.80 and touched a high of Rs 97 before closing at Rs 96.90. The 10.85-per cent government loan maturing 2001 was traded for Rs 55 crore at the weighted average yield of 11.16 per cent. The paper was traded in the range of Rs 99.01 to Rs 99.15.
The 14-per cent government loan maturing in 2005B was traded for Rs 30 crore at the weighted average yield of 11.91 per cent and in the Rs 110 to Rs 110.15 range.
The 15.20 per cent bond of the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India (ICICI) saw a bulk trade of Rs 27 crore and was priced at Rs 99.01.
