The entrepreneurial process cannot be entirely understood without taking into consideration the constraints it operates in. The Entrepreneurial conclave sought to address these hurdles by inviting successful entrepreneurs, mentors and trainers to share their knowledge.
Youg Biz Times seeks to create a platform for entrepreneurs to grow their business said Mr. Abhishek Tripathi, Founder, Young Biz Times, in his welcome speech. Mr. Amit Kamat, VP, MACCIA, in his inaugural address assured the chambers help for entrepreneurial development. Any effort that does not contribute to national character and pride is detrimental to nation building said Dr. P. S. Pasricha, the Chief Guest, in his heart-warming keynote address that inspired the audience and the other speakers.
The conclave had three lively and highly informative sessions. The first being ‘Kickstarting your Business’. The speakers stressed the need for starting a business for the right reasons and only after giving considerable thought.
The second session was ‘Sailing Through Rough Waters’.
Motivating and mentoring the employees is one of the factors for making a business successful was stressed by the participants in the third session ‘Making a Business Success’, by Mr. Vivek Bhargava, MD, iProspect, Mr. Nitin Mukadam, Mentor, LocalBanya.com, Mr. Anil Verma, COO, Delsey India.

Other highlights of the conclave were a session on New Age Branding by Dr. Nitin Parab, CEO, CrossLink International, Psychophysic Training for Sales & Marketing by Dr. Visswas Paanse and a session on Image Branding and personal transformation by Ms. Minal Sujan, Founder, Image Maestros. Mr. S. K. Bal Palekar, Professor, Marketing & Consultant spoke on Marketing & Sales. Dr. Pradip Chatterjjee, Director, Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies & Research spoke on Creating Tomorrow’s Game Changers.
This was followed by a vote of thanks by Mr. Gopalakrishnan R., Founder, Young Biz Times.
