BCCI has every right to hold IPL if ICC T20 World Cup is postponed: Holding

West Indies pace legend Michael Holding feels that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has every right to hold the Indian Premier League (IPL) later this year if the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia is postponed.
 
There is speculation that the T20 World Cup, scheduled to be held between October 18 and November 15, may be postponed due to travel restrictions in place in the wake of coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, giving BCCI a window to organise the IPL 2020.
