In a very tightly contested semi-final match of the Men’s 86 kg category of the wrestling event at Commonwealth Games 2022, India’s Deepak Poonia beat Canada’s Alexander Moore to qualify for the finals and secure a medal for the country, he became the fourth Indian to reach finals today. Only Mohit Grewal and Divya Kakran have been unable to reach final from India.
