Key batters for SRH
While the openers, David Warner and Jonny Bairstow have been in tremendous form in the tournament, the middle-order batsmen have failed to rise to the occasion. Sunrisers' middle-order fell apart against Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab in their last two games with the likes of Vijay Shankar, Manish Pandey, Deepak Hooda and Yusuf Pathan falling flat. They need Kane Williamson in middle order to hold the innings.

Key batsmen for Delhi Capitals
Although Dhawan missed out on a well-deserved century, he must have got his confidence back and he would like to continue the good job. Besides Dhawan and Pant, skipper Shreyas Iyer and Prithvi Shaw have also been among runs and the Delhi batsmen would be looking to fire in unison against Hyderabad.

Here's what Shreyas Iyer said DC's match against SRH
Speaking on whether the earlier loss against SRH at home will have an impact on the team, Iyer said the Capitals have improved a great deal since that result. "SRH is no doubt a good side with some outstanding players in their ranks, and even though we lost the first leg against them, we have moved on from that result and have only gone on to improve in all departments. "All the players understand their roles better now and we have shown that in the last couple of matches. We will be going into this match with high spirits and looking for the two points," he said. Iyer added that SRH would be under more pressure to perform playing in front of their home crowd.
"It is going to be a home game for them, so the pressure is likely to be more on them to perform and get the two points. However, as for us as a team, our last two results have definitely brought the whole group together, and we are looking to keep the momentum going into this crucial stage of the IPL season," he said.

Our thought process is becoming clearer, says Iyer
Buoyed by two back-to-back victories, Delhi Capitals' skipper Shreyas Iyer says the team's thought process is becoming clearer as the season is progressing. Delhi have climbed to fourth spot with eight points after winning matches against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders. They secured a thumping seven-wicket win against KKR on Friday night in Kolkata.
"The Kolkata game gives us tremendous confidence going into the next match here in Hyderabad. It was a clinical performance from the team against a strong team like KKR," Iyer said.
The victory against KKR saw Delhi's experienced players like Shikhar Dhawan and Ishant Sharma coming up with crucial performances to take the team over the line.
"I feel that everyone took responsibility and with each game, our thought process is becoming clearer, and our communication is also improving, which is a great sign for the team," Iyer said.

Here’s what happened when DC hosted SRH in Delhi
In Match 16 of VIVO Indian Premier League 2019 (IPL 2019), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) beat Delhi Capitals (DC) by 5 wickets at Ferozshah Kotla ground in New Delhi. Chasing a modest total of 130, SRH were off to a flying start, thanks to Jonny Bairstow. However, wickets did fall but it was a little too late for the home team. Chasing a score of 130, SRH once again got off to a strong start as their openers Jonny Bairstow and David Warner hammered the hosts with regular boundaries inside the first six overs. The team was able to score 62 runs in the powerplay overs. The duo stitched together a 64-run partnership before Bairstow (48) was dismissed by Rahul Tewatia. The batsman failed to read the ball out the bowler's hands and he was adjudged LBW.
Vijay Shankar and Manish Pandey then took the honors upon themselves to take SRH over the line and duo added 27 runs to take the team to a comfortable position in the chase. Pandey (10) was dismissed by Ishant Sharma in the 13th over of the innings. SRH suffered from a minor collapse as they lost both Shankar (16) and Deepak Hooda (10) in a hurry, with SRH still requiring 19 more runs for the win.
Yusuf Pathan and Mohammad Nabi ensured that the team doesn't suffer from any more hiccups and both these batsmen added 20 runs to take the team over the line with nine balls to spare. Pathan and Nabi remained unbeaten on 9 and 17 respectively.
Earlier, SRH bowlers were exceptional in restricting Delhi to just 129 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs after opting to bowl first. Delhi Capitals got off to a bad start as they lost their opener Prithvi Shaw (11), Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled him through the gate. Shikhar Dhawan (12) was also dismissed cheaply by Nabi. SRH bowlers maintained a tight grip in the first six overs as they were able to bog down the Delhi batsman, restricting them to just 36 runs.

Shikhar Dhawan will be keen to build on to his new found form ahead of the World Cup and also help Delhi Capitals continue their winning run in the IPL in their match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. A confident Delhi are coming off two back-to-back victories against Royal Challengers Bangalore and a strong Kolkata Knight Riders outfit. Dhawan roared back into form with an unbeaten 97 off 63 balls to power Delhi to a seven-wicket win overs hosts KKR. Chasing 179, Rishabh Pant (46 off 31 balls) played a perfect second fiddle to Dhawan, curbing his rash shots and showing immense maturity in a 105-run partnership from 69 balls, which virtually killed the contest as Delhi reached the target with seven balls to spare. In contrast, Sunrisers Hyderabad have suffered defeats in their previous two games and would be desperate to get back to winning ways. Although the Sunrisers looked threatening in their first three games when David Warner and Jonny Bairstow stitched century-plus stands, once the duo got out cheaply, the Hyderabad middle-order was in complete disarray.
