Olympics postponed: Australia seeks higher age limit for men's football

With the 2020 Olympics postponed until 2021, there are fears the delay will shatter the gold medal hopes of many ageing athletes

The International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) decision to postpone the Tokyo Olympics for a year due to the Covid-19 or coronavirus pandemic has raised concerns across the sporting world that some Olympic hopefuls might not be able to participate due to age restrictions, or simply because they lose form or fitness.
