BENGAL WARRIORS DEFENCE WILL LOOK TO CONTINUE THEIR FORM AGAINST DELHI RAIDERS
 
Bengal Warriors with their win against Patna Pirates clinched qualification into the playoffs. 
Their final position in the group is yet to be decided, but qualification is done. 
The win against Patna came on the back of a brilliant defensive performance from the entire Bengal defence.
They produced their best defensive showing of the season, scoring 15 tackle points, to ensure that Patna’s raiders didn’t cause much damage. 
o Pardeep Narwal was able to score only 7 raid points. (7 failed raids)
o Manjeet had just 2 raid points.
Surjeet Singh and Ran Singh both had a strong game scoring 4 tackle points each with identical tackle SR of 67.
Ziaur Rahman had a good showing as well picking up 3 tackle points from his 7 tackles. 
It was the kind of performance that Bengal’s defence has not displayed too many times this season. 
Bengal Warriors are one of only 2 teams in PKL 6, along with Haryana Steelers, where no defender has been able to touch 50 tackle points yet. 
Surjeet Singh is their leading tackle point scorer at the moment with 43 tackle points and has a chance to become the first.
