Despite not scoring a HIGH 5, the other defenders have all performed very well. Dharamaraj Cheralathan, the only defender along with Fazel to have played all the games for U Mumba, has been very consistent and precise with a tackle success rate of 54%.
Rohit Rana is the only defender to have a tackle SR less than 40 for them this season.
In their last two matches U Mumba have been brilliant defensively.
o Against Pune they had more tackle points (14) in the match than the raid points scored by Pune (7).
o Against Jaipur they had just one less tackle point (15) than Jaipur’s raid points (16).

U Mumba’s other biggest strength has been their combination options – they have rotated between Rohit Rana and Rajaguru Subramanian in the cover positions depending on the opponent, keeping teams guessing on the playing lineup.
