'Microsoft India most attractive employer'

Microsoft India has been adjudged the most attractive employer in India by HR Services provider Randstad. Oracle India and TCS were declared the first and second runner-up respectively. The Randstad survey on most attractive employer further revealed long-term job security and financial health of the company as the topmost factors for people while choosing an employer.
