24/7 in accounting outsourcing

24/7 Customer Inc, a BPO, has launched a new business line "" Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO).
 
The BPO will now further expand its partnership with Aviva Global Services to provide support in general ledger and reconciliation processes at its centre in Chennai.
 
"This is an important win for 24/7 Customer, servicing a new business line for Aviva. We have constituted an exclusive team of business experts in FAO processes to ensure that 24/7 Customer's commitment to exceed our customer's expectations is upheld," said P V Kannan, co-founder and CEO, 24/7 Customer.
 
The relationship of Aviva and 24/7 Customer began in 2003 with the partnership under the (build operate transfer) BOT model.
 
Founded in April 2000, 24/7 Customer has offices in India, the US and the UK and six delivery centres in India, Philippines and Guatemala serving 15 global clients.
