As over-the-top (OTT) applications continue their growth in terms of user engagement, there is a decisive shift towards consuming content on these platforms compared to TV, according to a new study. Analysing 8.7 billion data points across 100 million devices and 80 million unique users, CleverTap has collated data that could help design the customer engagement strategy for these OTT apps.
