Airtel to broaden further

Bharti Infotel, a broadband and fixed telephone services provider, has announced that it is expanding its coverage in Karnataka and is planning to scale up its capacity for improved services in the state.

Said Prem Pradeep, CEO (Karnataka), Bharti: "Our initiative to expand the network will open avenues to service more customers through improved coverage, innovative value-added services and wide array of tariff plans. In the year ahead, we will cover more areas."

The company currently has a subscriber base of over 1.5 lakh in Karnataka.
