| Aztecsoft Q2 net down 39% |

| Mid tier product engineering and testing company Aztecsoft witnessed a 39.5% dip in net profit at Rs 6.93 crore during Q2FY08 when compared to the corresponding quarter last financial year. The dip is attributed to the transfer of the Indian offshore development centre (ODC) to the US-based Dendrite Inc. The Dendrite ODC deal, based on build operate and transfer (BOT) model, came to Aztecsoft on November 18, 2003.
