Bartronics Asia pte Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyderabad-based provider of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) and radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions Bartronics India Limited, has received the EPPY registration from the ministry of finance, Singapore, with the highest financial grade – S10 Grade. The registration qualifies Bartronics to bid for government projects in Singapore with values in excess of Singapore $30 million (about Rs 150 crore).

“Our US and Singapore subsidiaries – Bartronics America Inc and Bartronics Asia Pte Limited – are doing fairly well, which are expected to contribute $40 million (Rs 200 crore) and $20 million (Rs 100 crore) respectively this year. This, coupled with the about 85 per cent capacity utilisation at our 80-million smartcards manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, will help us meet our revenue targets of Rs 500 crore this year,” Sudhir Rao, managing director and CEO Sudheer Rao, had earlier told Business Standard.
