Gone are the days when we used to write things down and save them for reference. In this digital age, it is time to save data in the digital space. Enter allDox - a simple and easy-to-use application that lets you to store files and documents in digital form and physical form as well. It also allows you to access the documents from any platform, on the web, PC or smartphone.
Developed by PingStripe Inc, you can use allDox to save your documents either on your device (within the app), or in your allDox account in digital space. The application provides you with five GB of cloud storage. It has a decent interface, but the website (allDox.org) was a tad better in terms of user-friendliness. Any document saved on the device go straight to a folder, Master Bin.
Users also have the option of saving their stuff in pre-determined folders such as Bills, Travels and Tickets, Identity Proof, etc. Available on both iOS and Android, allDox allows you to save multiple pages or elements in one file. Another convenient feature is mailing your stuff directly to allDox. For instance, if you cannot access allDox on your device or through the web, you can mail the data straight to your allDox account (xyz@alldox.com). This step sends the data to your allDox account's Master Bin.
