Connect, the leader in broadband business in Punjab, today announced their new business plans offering high bandwidth and huge data transfers like never before.
According to Prem Ojha, business head, Connect wire-line and broadband, “With an objective to reach the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and small office home office (SOHO) segment, that need high speed internet and have multiple PCs and applications to run, Connect offers exceptionally quick data transfer in their new business plans. With a speed of 2 mbps and data download of 200 gb, multiple users can simultaneously have a seamless broadband experience.”
The newly launched business plans start from Rs 1497 catering to different segments of customers.
Ojha said, “Connect business plans will appeal to businesses that require huge amount of data transfers everyday. They have got double internet speed vis-a-vis their rivals.”
The new plans come with free static IP, used for a variety of applications, Wi-Fi router offered at Rs 500 to give seamless connectivity within the office, and the lowest-ever local, STD, and ISD calling rates.
These plans are also available to the existing customers for migration.

Going forward, Connect is all set to launch wireless broadband in Punjab. Plans to cover one crore population and 17.9 lakh residential establishments across Punjab, are already underway.
Connect will launch 25 clusters in the July to September quarter to cover 2,500 households of Tricity. The pilot launch of Connect wireless broadband is scheduled for August in Chandigarh-Tricity.
Connect is an India-based Unified Access Services Licensee in Punjab Telecom Circle, which consists of Punjab, the union territory of Chandigarh and Panchkula. The company also provides a gamut of telecommunication services, which includes voice telephony, both wireline and fixed wireless, code division multiple access (CDMA) based mobile, internet services, broadband data services and a range of value added service viz centrex, leased lines, voice mail and video conferencing.
