Cranes Software has announced that SYSTAT 11, the latest version of its integrated desktop statistics and graphics software package, has won Scientific Computing & Instrumentation (SCI) Journal's products award in the statistical data analysis segment for the year 2005. |
SYSTAT was selected as one of the winners in the US magazine's "Products of the Year for 2005" programme. It is a statistical analysis software product which provides statisticians and professional researchers with advanced statistical and graphical capabilities for analytical efficiency. |
SCI in its review had said "SYSTAT is an integrated desktop software package that provides researchers with statistical, analytical and graphical capabilities, which help translate raw data into meaningful results. It includes Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithms, quality analysis features, probability distributions with associated probability calculations, random sampling and fitting distributions procedures, a regression suite and a user interface with interactive graphics features." |
