Cranes Software to raise Rs 108cr via pref issue

The board of directors of Cranes Software, which met today, approved a proposal to issue 12 lakh shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 890 per share on preferential basis. This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today.

The stock closed at Rs 1,015 on the BSE with a volume of 465 shares today.
