Dilip Keshu is Scandent's strategy officer

Scandent Solutions Corporation, in anticipation of approval of the merger with Cambridge Services Holdings LLC, today announced the appointment of chief strategy and corporate development officer.

According to a release issued by Scandent to the BSE today, Dilip Keshu, currently president of the company, has been appointed to the new post. He will be reporting to Chris Sinclair, executive chairman and CEO of the company, the release added.

Keshu will also work closely with Satyen Patel, executive vice chairman, in developing M&A strategies, exploring strategic alliances, and evaluating options to further accelerate growth performance, the release said.

Pawan Kumar will take over as the new president of the company. "Pawan is also well-known in the industry, and is a highly respected leader in the IT services market," Sinclair said.
