Fixed line service provider Bharti Infotel has launched service guarantee for customers promising repair of dead phones within four working hours and error-free billing. "In the unlikely event of any failure in this promise, the company undertakes to pay Rs 100 to its customers as a token of its assurance," Prem Pradeep, in-charge of Airtel broadband and telephone services business in Karnataka, said today. He added that Airtel has adopted the Six Sigma quality programme in all its circles. Bharti Infotel is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharti Tele-ventures, and provides fixed-line services and Internet access over DSL in five circles with a customer base close to a million, Prem said. |
