HCL Infosystems launches customer service initiative

ICT systems integrator HCL Infosystems has launched ‘HCL Touch’, a 24X7 round the clock, service and support for its customers through a universal customer care number.

The support is offered in 11 regional languages for network and email support, peripherals and hardware configuration support, fortressing support, preventive health care support and tracking services.

The HCL touch network consists of company owned 14 remote support centers, 505 service offices, 390 warehouses and 150 repair centers in over 4000 towns across the country.
