Hexaware Tech wins $3mn overseas order

Hexaware Technologies has bagged a $3 million multi-year contract with a global banking and insurance conglomerate.

According to a release issued to the BSE, the company has won the application maintenance project, from this bank, which involves supporting their 2 core applications viz. Investment Banking and Credit applications.

As per the contract the company's team will provide multiple level support to both the users and IT team of the bank, using On-site and offshore delivery model, which is based in Belgium.

Sunil Surya, President - European operations, Hexaware Technologies said, "Hexaware has managed to gain a substantial IT footprint in Belgium. We now have 5 major clients in this active market. This current contract will enable us to be more visible in banking & financial in general and Belgium in particular", the release further added.
