ICSA India bags Rs 7.41cr Nelco project

ICSA (India) Limited, a Hyderabad-based embedded software solutions and infrastructure services provider for power utilities, has secured a Nelco project for approximately Rs 7.41 crore.
 
G Bala Reddy, managing director - ICSA (India) Ltd stated in a press release, "ICSA has secured the order for the supply, erection and commissioning of Micro RTU (remote terminal unit) for a total value of Rs 7,41,41,312 from Nelco Limited (a Tata enterprise) for monitoring and control of distribution transformers with additional features meeting the requirements for energy audit and power quality monitoring."
 
"The Micro RTU is an intelligent field device with control and monitoring functionalities. The unique nature of this product is that it can be programmed remotely saving lot of time and effort and can be scalable. This product can be customised for other applications like sub station and feeder control and automated centralised billing. This product has huge market potential for integration of general services like water, fuel and electricity," he added.
