Idea launches special MP offer

Idea Cellular Ltd, the cellular market leader in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh with a subscriber base of more than 500,000, has extended a benefit of Rs 50 lakh under its "Lifetime Idea" programme.
 
The benefit has been extended to 250,000 subscribers and 188,275 unique subscribers of the company. The company is also gearing up to roll out a slew of products.
 
Though the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh markets have now five cellular service providers, a number of complaints on poor connectivity and poor responses have been reported.
 
The company has said that it has disbursed over Rs 2.8 crore to 1.4 million Idea customers across its eight circles of operation under the first ever customer loyalty programme for prepaid customers.
 
Lifetime Idea, a unique loyalty programme, allows bonus talktime to its customers, depending upon how long the customer stayed on the Idea network. With every recharge of Rs 324 or more, a subscriber would get extra talk time that gets automatically credited to his account.
