As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has been a pressing need for organisations to rethink and reconfigure their businesses. The pandemic has accelerated the need for AI around the globe with India topping the charts and surpassing developed economies like the US, the UK and Japan, according to a PwC report. Sectors that are facing heavy disruption, such as travel and hospitality, are also the biggest proponents and users of AI. Given the demand uncertainty in many sectors, the future would witness a sharper focus on AI to enable office transformation.
