Reposing faith in the current leadership, the members of the apex body have re-elected Rajendra Kumar Khare, MD, Broadcom India as chairman, Anand Anandkumar, MD, Magma Design Automation India as vice-chairman, Uma Mahesh, director, Silicon Engineering & Operations, Insilica India as secretary and V Veerappan, co-founder & vice president "� operations, Tessolve India as treasurer, respectively. |
The elected members of the council are, Biswadip Mitra, MD, Texas Instruments India, Vasudevan Murthy, VP and Head - VLSI/System Design Division, Wipro Technologies, Madhusudan V Atre, VP, Agere Systems India among others, S Janakiraman, President & CEO (R&D Services), MindTree Consulting, and Satya Gupta, VP-Engineering, Open Silicon India. |
Two other senior industry professionals - JAC Choudhary, CEO, Portal Player India and Samir Kumar, MD, JumpStartUp have been co-opted as members to the board. |
Announcing the formal election, Sridhar Mitta, MD & CTO, e4e Labs India and chief mentor, ISA, said, "The founding team has done a tremendous job of generating momentum so much so that I can say with assurance that ISA in its six months of existence has traversed far more than any industry association I know of.
