Telecom major Bharti Airtel announced the appointment of Sanjay Kapoor as its chief executive for India and South Asian operations effective from March 1.
In January, this year, the company announced Kapoor’s appointment as CEO (India and South Asia), along with other senior level management elevations, which was to come into effect from April 1, Bharti Airtel said in a statement.
Kapoor would be responsible for leading the India and South Asia business of Bharti Airtel and drive growth and business synergies in mobile services, telemedia services, enterprise services and DTH.
