Entrepreneur Rajeev Chandrasekhar today said that the current controversy over companies lining up for spectrum and mobile licences is needless and requires to be addressed cleanly and transparently. Speaking at a Ficci conference here today, Chandrasekhar, who is an MP and a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology, said there should be a transparent and equitable process in introducing new competition by allotting new spectrum or licences bearing spectrum for each distinct circle.
