Automotive dealers, looking for cutting expenses on sales forces and increasing the conversion rate of prospective buyers can see this product as a shot in their arms.
Logix Microsystems, a provider of e-retailing solutions for the automotive industry, has come out with a solution which aims at training sales agents on how to close the sale at the earliest by better understanding the psychology of the prospective buyers.
Named as iConsult, the solutions will provide comprehensive customer centric sales performance coaching programme and methodologies of closing the sale.
The personalised coaching which uses interactive email templates, phone scripts as well as comprehensive workbooks, will be delivered to the automotive dealer's sales staff by certified performance coaches, said the Bangalore-based company.
"With the slowdown in the automotive market, improving sales processes is one way dealers can lower their cost. Logix is committed to help automotive dealers win in these difficult times, by focusing on sales performance rather than cutting corners," said Sanjay Soni, MD, Logix Microsystems.
