Megasoft's IT solution for retail mobile operators

Megasoft Limited has announced an IT solution for retail mobile operators called Virtual Operator Integrated Service Engine (VOISE).

The solution is an integrated next generation convergent platform that aims to provide a uniform service experience to the customers independent of the network and location.

According to a media statement, the company's chief executive officer, GV Kumar said, "Our product enables multi-network compatibility, next generation rollouts and other features."

Further translated, if, for instance, Gucci provides telecom services to its customers, it does not have to rely on operator X to provide all the services.

With the help of this product, Gucci can provide games from operator A and Wi-fi from operator B depending on the choice of the customer.

This enables the retailer to strike better deals and they do not have to rely on a single operator to provide all the services. Currently, it is applicable in the GSM network, but there are plans of launching this product for CDMA networks too.
