MindTree Q4 net jumps 45%

Its topline rose 30 per cent to Rs 203.9 crore for the fourth quarter compared with Rs 156.5 crore for the corresponding previous quarter. Operating profit went up by 21.8 per cent to Rs 26.6 crore (Rs 21.8 crore).  IT services contributed majorly, growing by 38 per cent, while R&D services indicated some weakness, moving up by a little over 5 per cent.  Sequentially, its net profit has surged by 71 per cent to Rs 35.6 crore from Rs 20.8 crore in the previous quarter, while the topline moved up a little over 9 per cent to Rs 203.8 crore (Rs 186.5 crore).  Speaking on the results, MindTree Chairman & Managing Director Ashok Soota said,
