Symbian Corporation, a software licensing company that develops and licenses Symbian OS, the global open industry standard operating system for advanced, data-enabled mobile phones, has announced MphasiS as the new global test certification house for Symbian Signed. Symbian Signed is the industry-endorsed application signing program that promotes best practise in Symbian OS content and application development. MphasiS has thus joined the select group of companies worldwide, who have partnered Symbian for their certification service.
