Catering to the needs of premium job seekers earning Rs 15 lakh or more annually, Info Edge promoted job portal Naukri.com has added an exclusive section called Rs 15 lakh plus jobs. Offering over 8,000 premium jobs with Rs 15 lakh and over annual cost to company from various sectors, this all-new section was launched two weeks ago.

“This specialised feature allows people with seven-eight years of work experience to find jobs besides offering them better hand holding. They can get closer to their ideal job easily and connect with top consultants and niche employers in their city with complete confidentiality. Good jobs were getting lost as job matching was not proper. To make to search even simpler, another exclusive section featuring top management consultants has been introduced wherein jobseekers can directly contact the consultants,” said Hitesh Oberoi, COO, Info Edge. Featured management consultants are from companies like ABC Consultants, Kelly Services, Manpower Services, among others.

The job portal gets about 80,000 new and modified resumes everyday and adds more than 10 million people every month of which less than 10 per cent have this type of work experience. Around a million people visit Naukri’s website everyday. However, with this feature, the number of visitors has gone up by 15,000.

The jobs available in this section vary across verticals like IT, construction and engineering, financial services, FMCG, banking, among others and include multiple senior and middle management level job postings. Oberoi explained that most of the jobs are from high paying verticals like IT, financial services, banking and telecom.

Though the feature is in the testing stage and still evolving, the company plans to add new features in the next six-eight months to further personalise it. “New and superior services like sophisticated resume writing and features for extreme confidentiality will be added. We also plan to tie up with publishing houses to power their jobs,” added Oberoi.
