GetVee Technologies has launched Wedlock, a mobile application targeted towards eligible, educated singles aged above 24 years looking for a life partner. The app is available for the Android operating system.
Commenting on the application, GetVee Chief Executive Officer Nitin Gupta said: “We wanted to provide our Indian users with a secure and private connection where they could chat without parental pressure. We aim to give a life-long match to at least 75 per cent of our users signing up within one month, with a prime focus on Tier-I and -II cities.”
The company claims that Wedlock has 10,500 active registered users — 60 of them men and 40 per cent women. It offers only one connection at a time to men and up to three connections to women. It provides control to individuals to connect to relevant matches by primarily leveraging their social profiles, according to the company. It is a free app for download from Google Play store.
