Polaris signs MoU with Taiwanese bank

Polaris Software Lab today announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Taiwan's Bank of Overseas Chinese for a "multi-million transformation deal." A Polaris release said that its Intellect Suite platform will be at the core of the deal.

The transformation for Bank of Overseas Chinese will take place in phases and involve various processes. Syscom, provider of enterprise level business transformation solutions, will be the distributor and systems integration partner for the same, added the release. Polaris will adopt the SmartBuild approach to drive this transformation.
