Prodapt completes Pacific Crest deal

Prodapt, a Chennai-based software services provider for telecom companies, has completed the acquisition of Pacific Crest Technology (PCT).

Prodapt has acquired 100 per cent stake in the Oregon, US-based company, in an all cash deal. The acquisition cost has not been disclosed. PCT has revenues of around $17.2 million (around Rs 80 crore).

The acquisition expands Prodapt’s base in the North American market. The company will be consolidating its US operations under PCT, which will be renamed as Prodapt North America. Kerry Padrick, chief executive officer of PCT, will serve as president of Prodapt North America, a company release said

 

“Prodapt has worked with Pacific Crest for over four years delivering software services to large telecom operators. Our combined clients now include several Fortune 500 telecom operators. This consolidation will strengthen our delivery capabilities for both wireline and wireless operators,” Vedant Jhaver, CEO of Prodapt, said.
