Pru ICICI MF hikes Deccan Chronicle holding to 8%

Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund, under certain schemes, has acquired 10,00,000 shares, aggregating 2.43% of the total paid up capital, of Deccan Chronicle Holdings on August 29, 2005.

According to a release issued by Deccan Chronicle to the NSE, "the total shareholding of Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund after the said acquisition is 33,17,555 shares, aggregating 8.05% of the total paid up capital of the company."
