Spice Telecom will add 350 sites in three months.

Chief Operating Officer Man Mohan Nandwani said this while launching the company's new Super Value Combo offer.

Giving details of the Super Value Combo Offer, Nandwani said that in this offer, the company would provide a S-500 handset with a new Spice connection having 18,000 minutes of free talk-time for three years (500 minutes a month for 36 months) and three years of free incoming calls for Rs 1,999.

"The target is first-time customers," he said. Nandwani said the company was bringing out schemes for its 1.65 million customers of the state.

"Our company's growth is known from the fact that in Punjab, we are adding 100,000-odd customers every month. So far only 10 per cent of the potential has been tapped. There still is tremendous scope," he added.

Talking about customer complaints regarding network problems of Spice Telecom customers, Nandwani said: "Ours is a service industry and complaints are ought to come. But with the expansion in network and adding new sites, such problems would be tackled. The network now is better than earlier and even in basements there is no network problem unlike earlier, when mobile phones did not even function in such places. We have 1,100-odd sites in Punjab and in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula alone we have 110 sites."
