REL Investments takes 5% Subex stake

Reliance Energy Investments today said it has acquired 5.39% equity stake in Subex Systems.

According to a release issued by Subex to the NSE today, Reliance Energy Investment picked up five lakh shares comprising 5.39% of equity at an undisclosed price.

"The date of acquisition was February 9, and the mode of acquisition was through market purchase," the release added.
